que - when i am connecting with vss it gives popup for connect through web service plug in and open new wizard "connect with sourcesafe database using web service" . but i dont have web service installed on my server. I always use simple connection as- it ask for password and connect. But due to some reason now it dont ask for password and directly ask for new wizard as i mention.
ans- i just change setting in visual studio like - Start “Microsoft Visual Studio” –> “Tools” –> “Options” –> “Source Control” –> Select “Microsoft Visual SourceSafe” and then connect to vss
Got a problem trying to see the VssService.asmx, but it works on vs2008, iis7 and ws2008!! thanks a lot!!!
